Bob Mann joined Glass Lewis as Chief Executive Officer in May 2024. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Morningstar Sustainalytics, the ESG business unit of investment research firm Morningstar, Inc.
As President of Sustainalytics, Bob played a pivotal role in driving the firm's global expansion, overseeing a decades-long period of double-digit growth that culminated in its 2020 acquisition by Morningstar, Inc., a Chicago-based investment research and data company.
Bob brings a proven track record of operational excellence, accelerated growth, and product innovation. He possesses a keen understanding of the solutions needed to best serve asset managers, asset owners and corporate issuers in their investment and business decision-making.
Bob regularly speaks on topics such as investment risk, sustainable finance, smart technologies, ESG and climate matters, among other themes. He also serves as a strategic advisor to software start-up Ensogo.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University. Additionally, he holds an MBA specializing in sustainability and finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Carrie Busch has served as President and Director of Glass Lewis since 2019, bringing extensive leadership experience in finance, investment analysis, and corporate governance.
Before rejoining Glass Lewis, Carrie was Vice President of Finance at Ionetix Corporation, a technology and pharmaceutical company, where she played a pivotal role for over eight years. Prior to that, she worked as a Business Analyst at Orbis Investment Management.
Carrie was also one of the founding employees of Glass Lewis, where she held several key positions, including Lead Analyst of U.S. Proxy Research, Director of International Proxy Research, and Director of New Business Initiatives. Her early contributions helped shape the firm’s research and strategic direction.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
John Wieck has been Vice President of Operations at Glass Lewis since February 2008, bringing extensive expertise in client services, proxy distribution, and global research operations.
Before joining Glass Lewis, John spent 14 years at Broadridge Financial Solutions (formerly part of ADP), where he held key leadership roles supporting both U.S. and international proxy distribution businesses. As Senior Director of Client Services, he led teams serving institutional investors and global custodians while also overseeing Broadridge’s international proxy distribution operations.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in management and international business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a master’s in banking and finance from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business.
Dan Concannon leads Glass Lewis’ global sales operations, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in financial information services, as well as governance, risk, and compliance segments.
Before joining Glass Lewis, Dan was Chief Revenue Officer at CFRA Research, an independent equity research provider. Prior to that, he served as CEO and President of GMI Ratings (now part of MSCI), a global leader in ESG ratings and research, where he successfully expanded sales and profitability. Earlier in his career, he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS).
Cheryl joined Glass Lewis as Chief Strategy Officer to oversee the company’s strategic initiatives and drive accelerated growth. As a financial services marketing and corporate strategy veteran with decades-long experience in the fields of corporate governance and ESG data and research, Cheryl has a proven record of igniting growth on a global level.
Before joining Glass Lewis, Cheryl led marketing and communications for Sustainalytics, in addition to working to identify, develop and execute strategic business initiatives worldwide. She has deep experience working with institutional investors and corporate issuers. As a member of the executive team, Cheryl was deeply involved in Sustainalytics acquisitions, strategic partnerships and ultimately the sale of Sustainalytics to Morningstar.
Prior to Sustainalytics, Cheryl was chief marketing officer at GMI Ratings, where she led the launch of several new ESG and accounting products and worked to raise the firm’s profile through valuable and timely thought leadership work.
Before that, she spent more than ten years leading global marketing and communications at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), a former division of MSCI/RiskMetrics Group. During her tenure, Cheryl played an executive role in the acquisitions and integration of Innovest and KLD. In addition to her experience in the governance and ESG space, Cheryl’s familiarity with the institutional investor community comes from 12 years in the mutual fund industry as a marketing executive for T. Rowe Price and Calvert Group Investments.
Nichol is responsible for overseeing all of Glass Lewis’ legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs, as well as corporate development, worldwide. She joined the company in 2004 when Glass Lewis began expanding its international research coverage.
Leveraging her fluency in multiple languages and corporate and securities law expertise in both common and civil law jurisdictions, Nichol became the resident expert on corporate governance issues in Latin America and Continental Europe. She was appointed Deputy General Counsel in 2007, General Counsel in 2009, and Chief Legal Officer in 2022.
Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Nichol worked as a corporate attorney with a prominent law firm in Guadalajara, Mexico. Her practice focused on representing U.S. and other foreign investors in a wide variety of Latin American transactions and providing advice on a broad range of corporate matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Nichol holds an LL.M. in corporate and securities law from Northwestern University School of Law and a J.D. from Universidad Panamericana. She is a licensed member of the State Bar of California and the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados.
Patrick Condren is the Chief Technology Officer at Glass Lewis, bringing nearly 35 years of software development experience and over two decades of senior technology leadership to the role.
Before joining Glass Lewis, Patrick served as Chief Technology Officer at Sysnet Global Solutions, International Chief Information Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, and AVP of Corporate Technology at Pfizer. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale global organizations and successfully delivered enterprise technology solutions to over 3 million customers in 28 languages.
A proven innovator, Patrick has a track record of developing disruptive technologies that challenge industry norms. He has held CTO and CIO roles at multiple tech and data-driven companies, playing a pivotal role in their transformation from mid-tier players to market leaders.
Patrick earned his BSc from University College Dublin and is a strong advocate for lifelong learning. In recent years, he has pursued additional certifications from Harvard, MIT, Wharton, and other leading institutions and technology professional bodies.
Jason Wartman is the Chief Financial Officer at Glass Lewis, bringing extensive expertise in global strategy, financial planning, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. He joined the company in January 2022 and plays a key role in driving financial strategy and growth.
Before joining Glass Lewis, Jason served as Vice President of Finance at Cerner Corporation, a global leader in healthcare information technology. In this role, he oversaw all financial operations for the company’s U.S. and international commercial businesses.
Prior to his 14-year tenure at Cerner, Jason spent six years at Medtronic, where he held progressively senior financial leadership roles. He began his career in public accounting at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, where he earned his CPA certification.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Nynke Doorenbos joined Glass Lewis as Chief People Officer in February 2025. She brings extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and culture transformation within global organizations.
Before joining Glass Lewis, Nynke was Head of People and Culture for the EMEA region at Morningstar, Inc., where she led the development and execution of people strategies that supported business goals, enhanced organizational performance, and fostered a culture of high engagement and productivity. She played a key role in integrating HR teams following Morningstar’s acquisition of Sustainalytics, and advised executive leadership and board members, providing strategic counsel on people and culture initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Prior to Morningstar, Nynke spent over a decade at Sustainalytics, serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities. During this time, she built the company’s HR function from the ground up, implementing global HR strategies, performance management systems, and salary scaling to drive consistency and transparency across teams.
Nynke holds an Executive MBA from Nyenrode Business University and a degree in International Law from Utrecht University.
Diederik Timmer is the President of Climate Solutions at Glass Lewis, where he is leading the development of an innovative climate research and data offering. This new product will integrate AI-driven ratings with expert analysis to provide comprehensive climate insights tailored to the needs of corporates, investors, and banks. Under his leadership, Glass Lewis Climate Solutions is positioning itself at the forefront of climate strategy assessments, leveraging technology and deep sector expertise to drive informed decision-making.
Before joining Glass Lewis, Diederik was a key executive at Sustainalytics, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the firm into a global leader in ESG ratings and research. As Head of Global Sales and Client Management, he drove market expansion and strengthened relationships with institutional investors, contributing to the company's significant growth and its acquisition by Morningstar in 2020. He later oversaw the Corporate Solutions team, expanding services for corporate issuers, and led the Climate Solutions team, where he was responsible for developing Sustainalytics’ climate-focused product suite.
Diederik serves on the board of Knology, a nonprofit research organization focused on applied social science. He also served as Chair of US SIF for seven years, leading the organization’s efforts to advance sustainable investing in the United States. A frequent speaker on sustainable investing, corporate climate strategy, and the role of AI in climate evaluations, Diederik is a recognized thought leader in the field.
Eric Shostal is responsible for Glass Lewis’ research and engagement activities across all markets globally. His team publishes research on 30,000+ meetings and engages with 3,000+ companies. In addition to overseeing global proxy research, he also helms the company’s thought leadership in ESG policy and shareholder engagement.
Eric brings over 15 years of experience in corporate governance and investment stewardship to the company. He previously served as Vice President, Investment Stewardship at BlackRock. Eric has participated in a broad range of engagements with public company executives and institutional investor groups, developing expertise in board quality, shareholder accountability, executive compensation, and corporate sustainability disclosures.
Lili Mehta joined Glass Lewis in 2020 to lead the firm’s go-to market, business development, and engagement strategies with corporate issuers.
She previously served as Head of Global Marketing at CFRA, a leading provider of independent equity and forensic accounting research. Prior to CFRA, Lili served as Executive Director of Marketing at Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) where she designed and implemented growth marketing strategies including lead generation, product marketing, go-to-market, and sales enablement.
Lili graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science and holds an MBA from George Washington University.
