The Senior Analyst, Stewardship will work within the Stewardship team to support Glass Lewis’ Engagement and Stewardship Solutions by:
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research on ESG factors, risks, and opportunities across various industries and companies, collect and compile data from a variety of sources
- Analyze ESG data, trends, and regulatory developments to assess their impact on corporate strategies
- Assist Research Associates with data-related tasks, verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data, and ensure high-quality standards and deadlines are met
- Support managers with research and engagement-related tasks and in the execution of campaigns on behalf of institutional investor clients
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in qualitative or quantitative ESG research and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex ESG issues into clear, practical insights
- Proficiency in data collection tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- CFA, ESG Investing Certificate, SASB FSA, or other relevant ESG certifications are a plus
Languages
- Excellent English reading and writing skills
- Additional languages an advantage: Japanese, Indonesian, Mandarin, Cantonese and other languages considered
The role is a full-time, hybrid position that requires some regular office attendance. The successful candidate will also work three days in the office and two days remotely. This position is based in our Makati City office.
