Position Description
As a Legal and Compliance Operations Analyst based in our Manila office, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency of the Legal and Compliance Department while supporting core legal and compliance functions. This role combines operational expertise with hands-on support for legal research, compliance management, document preparation, data entry, document organization, and team coordination to ensure the Legal Department operates efficiently and effectively. The role is a full-time, hybrid position that requires some regular office attendance. This position is based in our Makati City office.
Key Responsibilities:
The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Manage the technology tools used by the legal and compliance team, including internal tracking systems, to help develop and implement processes to streamline workflows and enhance departmental efficiency.
• Support with the maintenance and updating of all legal and compliance templates, policies, procedures, and other documents, to ensure proper organization and accessibility across the organization.
• Oversee global entity management responsibilities, including maintaining corporate records, ensuring compliance with local filing requirements, coordinating annual reports and renewals, managing subsidiary governance processes, and facilitating the execution of resolutions and other entity-related documentation in all jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Assist in conducting legal research on a variety of legal and compliance-related topics, as well as providing detailed summaries to help inform the legal and compliance team.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations created by the legal and compliance team for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the execution and filing of legal and compliance documents.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on legal and compliance topics.
• Support in the response to due diligence, audit, and assessment requests
• Monitor and track new legislation and changes to existing laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations, globally.
• Assist with compiling and organizing periodic document productions the company needs to make as part of litigation and other proceedings.
• Provide other general administrative and operations support to the legal and compliance team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience or internship in legal operations and/or support, or compliance roles a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with contract management tools or compliance software.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments in the financial service sector.
• Experience in preparing reports or presentations for senior management or external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position with regular office attendance of approximately 3 days per week is expected.
