Glass Lewis is excited to announce that effective August 28, 2013 the Alberta Investment Management Corporation has acquired a 20% ownership stake in Glass Lewis from the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed, and no changes in the operations of Glass Lewis will result from the transaction.
